1. Products

Mits Pix Studio offers physical prints and digital downloads. Product images are representative, and slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe and may include additional taxes based on your location. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is received.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Print products are fulfilled through third-party labs and shipped directly to customers. Delivery times may vary depending on location and production times. Mits Pix Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of prints and digital products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue and we will work to resolve it.

5. Digital Downloads

Digital files are for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All images and content on this site are the property of Mits Pix Studio and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mits Pix Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products.
